NASA has released a series of new photos taken by its Curiosity rover that appear to show a translucent anomaly on the surface of Mars.
The anomaly is transparent and highly reflective is smooth on the sides and has the appearance of sprouting and it is ground attached.
This is the second translucent anomaly detected by Curiosity in Gale Crater.

I like the moniker “translucent anomaly” , because it doesn’t look anything like any flower.

id say its just a common mineral we would find on earth, mars did have the same geological processes as earth so id expect we will find the same minerals and crystals as on earth, but most on the surface will have been worn away by storms and weather, id say mars would still be rich in even elements like gold and silica, hopefully new ones aswell.

This is what quartz looks like when broken open,can it be possible this is newly exposed rock of that type.
That in itself is very exciting means something is happening, actively on Mars.
But does not curiosity have a tool to Test it, it is small but dynamic would love to know it is quartz if the splitting was caused by water or just temperature. Or if not quartz what it is gypsum or some other material. The Mineral wealth on Mars must be enormous. Volcanoes mean Gold Silver Diamonds etc.
Most likely gypsum. Sometimes gypsum can form crystals that look like flowers, as in “desert roses”.
3 theories on Mars:
A) It’s legitimate… As well as Everything in NASA’s history. Including Mars & the moon.
B) It’s all filmed in deserted / restricted areas of Earth & we are trained / lead to believe through the MSM it’s real yet we lack the technology to do it but pay into it anyways.
C) We’ve been exploring space for way longer and way deeper than we’re informed via black budget projects. We’ve already colonized Mars, etc.
Besides, NASA does stand for “Never A Straight Answer”…
