Man captures video of strange explosion in the sky.
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A Sacramento man scanning the night sky caught a sudden burst of light through his telescope. He recorded that strange sight with his smart phone.
CBS13 shared the video with experts to see if they could solve the mystery.
This mysterious little tale begins earlier this week when Good Day Sacramento’s Cody Stark got this message on Facebook: “I have something on video no one has ever seen. I had my telescope out, caught an explosion in space. Wanna see the video?”
Cody’s response? Absolutely!
The video was shot with an iPhone through the eyepiece of a telescope, so CBS13 had to enlarge it to get a better look. It was shot on Dec. 20 around 5 p.m. in Sacramento by viewer Elijah Prychodzko.
“I saw something that I’d never seen before. I saw another object orbiting this — whatever it was up there, and I’ve never seen anything like that before,” said Prychodzko.
He thought it was a little strange so he put his phone down, called his nephew, and then returned to shoot a second video clip.
“Oh my God, it just blew up. Something blew up,” he’s heard saying on the video.
“As soon as I put the camera to the telescope it just blew up and I didn’t know what to say,” he told CBS13.
So Cody sent the video off to Dr. Stephen P Maran, who wrote the book Astronomy for Dummies.
Dr. Maran responded by saying he didn’t recognize the “explosion” as a known astronomical phenomenon. “My personal opinion is that it is not an astronomical event,” he wrote.

Hmmmm….I don’t think the USA would be sooo obvious at “wacking” a satellite, too much evidence. Would be better to disable a satellite and let it burn-up on re-entry, ta-da, no evidence. Interesting video though.

Satellites pose a huge risk when its decided that they are to be destroyed and put into de-orbit or targeted with explosives. Radioactive components and the debris itself are deadly objects to us at ground level. De-orbiting must be planned and very precise, always away from populated areas.
Mir draws a good example and its debris was visible from the ground. Satellites are not as big and would burn up a lot faster but you could still see something from the ground.. I doubt as much and as clear as in this video.
When Mir was put into de-orbit the debris was accelerating with high velocity and looked almost like opposite fireworks being shot down to the ground, not the sky.
I don’t see that in this video and it appears to be an explosion due to the debris pattern.
This is an assumption, but if the US blew up one of their own satellites with an ASAT (anti-satellite missile) or self destruct mechanism it would make sense to wait until its over uninhabited parts of the globe or people would be filming it, the inherent risk of damage higher, and would get publicity.
Publicity the US would I’m sure prefer to avoid. De-orbit is the method of choice but I speculate as to whether or not they would even be noticed. They may burn up on atmospheric re-entry. But I have no doubt the USAF/Navy blows them up to test their missiles.
It takes only 4-5 mins for a “run of the mill” GPS satellite to be in the same spot again. They are amazingly fast!
I can’t say what it is but no-one can prove beyond doubt that it wasn’t a UFO. I doubt it is a satellite this doesn’t fit the bill and as you said I doubt it was blown up by the Americans in such an obvious fashion.
Maybe we have some new players in town and there is a war on over our heads.

Has any one Ever seen the old leaked military video of a rocket being tracked by a dot of an alien craft which moves from side to side of the tip, and then tiny electrical looking beams shoot from it, and destroy the tip?
It was claimed that it was launching a satellite, But Ive always suspected that ET recognized some thing nasty being launch and diced it.

The only thing that can target satellites are ASAT’s. Because of satellites extreme altitude (around 20,000 km) and high speed of travel of around 3-4km per second, a helicopter has no capability to take down a satellite. Only F-15′s and jet fighters armed with ASAT’s can even target them.
This is only for “basic” GPS satellites as well who knows what kind of hardware military/intelligence satellites carry, I can assure you they’d be harder to target. I’m also sure its better than the public telecommunications sector.
Just fyi, anti-satellite missiles are one of the most advanced weapons systems acknowledged to exist but don’t always hit. Satellites are one of the hardest targets to engage, and only ever with supersonic aircraft..
Only the air force has this capability, the US has to be on their toes because China’s missile technology is almost as good. Any foe would certainly use asymmetric warfare tactics and target satellites due to America’s symmetrical tactical advantage.
IF IT’S EVEN A SATELLITE, unless the footage has been slowed down, satellites would not be moving in this manner. The guy who filmed it would have trouble tracking it if zoomed in, which it appeared to be.

Im thinking anti missile countermeasure, using a super sonic rocket to hit another one, the explosion midair looks like there is alot of phosphor in the debris (the bright white burning), possibly an aerial practice exercise testing new counter measures? or high altitude explosives tests?

The USAF’s Mach5 supersonic missiles are prone to failure. I think because of the navigational systems.
Russia & China on the other hand have the best missile technology known to exist.
The Sunburst missile they possess travels as fast as a rifle bullet in full flight, are specifically engineered to evade the US’s Phalanx missile shield, can be maneuvered mid-flight and can carry nuclear warheads.
China has demonstrated on several occasions, hitting a bulls-eye on target warships with 100% accuracy. To the USA’s horror I might add.
In terms of disclosed weaponry, the US is behind them with missile development. I doubt that they could get two supersonic missiles to hit each other (both traveling at speeds in excess of Mach5) when they can’t even demonstrate the capability to engage stationary targets with 100% efficiency as China can.
The next advancement in missile technology the US would be itching for is hypersonic (Mach 5-Mach10+), not supersonic (Mach1-Mach5). Which is why the US probably doesn’t care about perfecting supersonic delivery systems.
In terms of disclosed weaponry anyway, I’m sure they’ve got Inspector Gadgets stash saved for a rainy day

Yes, as always its never conclusive and is most likely something being tested without public notification, i dont think it is ufo based as the action is too similar to an anti missile intercepting another missile. Interesting footage but inconclusive.

Imagine this event times 100 or 1000 even. We can’t reach an informed conclusion (and we’re “in the know”) and the sheople will indeed think they are aliens invading and attacking. Not simply another war because some toys will be on display to leave less room for doubt.
All the news stations spouting misinformed tripe about the “alleged” Mayan interpretation of the end of the world. They never said aliens, but now hey guess what Aliens and preparation for a possible invasion (even though no sightings in the past few years have been described hostile) are equally being spread through the mass media in such short a time from in many countries. These maller occurrences and how quickly they feed into the mainstream and the arcane, alternate stream may be testing the waters so to speak. See how quickly their machine of fear will spread. This looked to be a low positioned multicolored, pulsing orb-like sphere, and that white orb which comes into frame, circles the object, and appears to have back-up roll in, and BOOM! Buh-Bye evil ORB!
This is NOT a satellite, it is not a U.S. space test on a rocket, this is a temporary loitering, stationary object (which appears to be emulating a star or planet), that gets whacked by a white orb, like the ones we have seen so often on NASA STS missions.
I’d like to think it was an unknown phenomenon, except that we know exactly what is was!

“A Weather Balloon” is a little hard to swallow!
The “orbs” in the first video are completely pixelated … but in the second video they clearly seem to be the dangling weather instruments … and you can almost see the strings.
Check out the second video posted by Marty above and you can clearly see an item there too – in fact it’s a little easier because the video is in higher definition.
It’s definitely an explosion in high atmosphere, but not space as the debris seems to remain static. This leads me to believe it was a weather balloon exploding at maximum altitude due to the expansion of the Hydrogen/Helium, I think Marty nailed it with this one.
Has anyone try taking video from a telescope via iPhone? Want to know if it is possible with such clarity.
This turned out to be a Weather Balloon, at highaltitude (where it expands enormously, then explodes) the weather balloons carry two sensors belkow the balloon on a cord, they look small and white from a distance.
This kid INVERTED the video, and he knew what he had.
There are some great examples out there now of weather balloons exploding at altitude, and they look just like this, complete with “orbs” chasing them, only from the bottom/side on a string!

There was a comparison (that has since disappeared) of several weather balloons at high-altitude, where the vacuum of space cause the balloons to grow quite large in size, and this video had found the original video had been flipped, or inverted, to show the white sensors trailing the balloon as if they were coming in from above.
If you look at enough high-altitude weather balloon videos exploding, you will see almost identical characteristics.
So, I came to the final deduction, that this was nothing more than a weather balloon exploding, that had been inverted.

Anyway, this kid not only used the balloon footage, but he INVERTED the video, so that the payload of the balloon appears to circle around and from above….which is really below and to the left.
We have so much amazing footage out there of the real deal, that folks who put up poison on purpose should be ashamed.

Damon, like Brett, im an Australian *but native kiwi*, everything youve stated contributes to the bigger picture, but it isnt just this one facet, its the fact that all of these economic blunders are happening at the same time and are wanting to be funded by empty coffers. Several other issues to be approached; endless wars, humanitarian aid (im a believer in help your own before you help the neighbours, you dont leave your kids in a burning house while you rescue joes wife etc), Military R.D., Healthcare revamps, Education Revamps, Emergency services wanting pay increases and needing restructuring after corruption cases. These are just the ones off the top of my head right now, but there are many more, the simple fact is that each great shake up costs more money, look at WW2, America went bankrupt and all they were really funding was the war while other areas were pushed to the back burner, right now they’re trying to fund wars while having everything else running parrallel, in essence theyre burning the candle at both ends. Now where china has it sorted is in the fact that theyre yet to start mining their own countries resources, instead they opted to buy land in foreign countries, horde it in china and sell portions to other countries, and to paint a picture on how much they get to determine the future of the US, tell me, how many US military missiles, drones weapon systems and ships rely on microchips? the answer, basically everything that isn’t a pre 2000 assault rifle or humvee. China’s horde of resources includes the majority hold of the worlds silicate mines, specifically the silicates used for microchips, now tell me how well an F22 raptor outmaneuvers when there’s no computer to make up for pilot reaction time. This hasn’t even gone into how the Chinese are now rearmed with technology that surpasses the US in terms of firepower but will soon be on par in stealth (look up the j20 stealth fighter to see what I’m talking about). Bring also into the equation their new fleets and the sleeping giant that is Russia, now reawakened and party to the Eurasian alliance and we are looking down a long barrel waiting for some idiot to pull the trigger. I dont know who it will be to overstep the line, but there has never been a swap of the title of world superpower without major bloodshed and war.

Thing is Vara Australia is perfect for this kind of thing due to its remoteness.
Its not hard to find isolated areas over here far from prying eyes and especially a civilian populace. It’d be perfect in my opinion but the fact remains that only recently US Marines have been deployed here for an unknown reason. MSM said to conduct joint exercises with the Australian Navy but honestly who knows.
Pine Gap is a perfect example of this, who knows what kind of stuff they get up to there but it is very remote and hard to access so it is perfect. Unfortunately it seems like the Australian outback is a bit of a proving ground for US military experiments. Its more than plausible drills for this kind of thing could be conducted on Australian soil. I have no solid evidence except for the recent deployment of US marines in Darwin. The true purpose of their presence remains to be seen.

@Brett– 6:51pm – 1/15/13 -Pine Gap is a multi-national endeavor. The little bit of data I have been able to get indicates a very high tech project is being put together there. It is HAARP related to the 10th degree from what I gather.
In addition, the various acredited think tank groups and US pentegon related groups indicate there is a fall back stratagy in the works. This is as a result of the recognition of the new technologies available which require less man power on the ground and thus a redeployment is taking place. We are moving away from “cold war” methology into a more efficient system.
Part of this is a recognition that the US is changing its focus from a ” 1st responder” mode to an assisting mode and is providing tech assistance when requested. The central focus has turned to working to up grade our own national infrastructure rather than throw money away in an attempt to rebuild and/or establish the worlds infrastructure..a job that is finally understood to be impossible. Thus it becomes important to keep your eye on the technology and the science areas from which that technology springs. Some of the stuff I have run into indicates that the change in planetary climate is going to bring enormous changes for which the worlds population must be prepared. The recent heat wave and fires in Australia have triggered a very sharp recognition that the protective shield around the planet has been badly damaged not only by our technology experiments, [ the A Bomb deployments not being the least of these] but by the hyper-active behavior of the sun. These climate changes will bring about enormous stresses on populations and technology options must be put into place to save as many as possible. It is an increasing understanding that each nation is going to have to find their own solutions in their own way.
The ET issue is huge but there is a very determined effort here in the US to prevent release of any information in this regard. At the same time,the ET presence has grown very visible here. While at this point it is hard to know which is ours and which is theirs, you can bet your kangaroos the bulk of the influence is THEIRS.

I know an official piece of info saying its purpose is to “excite particles in the ionosphere” or something to that effect to improve communication signals through air or something like that.
Unofficially, I’ve read it “heats” up the atmosphere causing temperature changes and can be used as a climate weapon to vaporize water supplies and cause droughts. Very similar to a “Scorched Earth” tactic, like what Saddam did in the Kuwaiti oil fields. Funnily enough the US, Israel, Pakistan and Iran have not signed Article 54 of Protocol I of the 1977 Geneva Conventions preventing the use of such tactics.
I’m not naive to think black projects like HAARP which “Excite the ionosphere”(what the heck does that mean??) play by the Geneva Conventions rule book. I’ve also read it can cause intense seismic activity encouragingby using frequency HAARP can be used for mass mind influence and interference with human frequencies causing all sorts of unpleasantness.
Basically I’ve heard so much about HAARP and its gets thrown around so much I have no clue what it does, but its almost certainly a Scalar Weapon of some sort. Nuclear weapons have their place and are no doubt destructive but they’re a relic of the cold war and an achievement of a bygone era.
Beam weaponry, weather warfare, mind control, and scalar weapons are a part of this more efficient system I believe Marina. They rate of advancement of our technology is incredible to say the least. But then again it does not follow a linear pattern of advancement, once technology advances it won’t take as long to advance to the next stage because of the previous advancement if you catch my meaning.
I think we’ve had help and I think we’ve had warnings to cease using atomic weaponry by a “positive” group if you will. Though the option of free energy for everyone and advanced healing wasn’t as juicy as advanced weaponry like these Scalar weapons for a measly cost of complacence in human-hybrid experiments proposed by another group of “negative” ETs and subsequently accepted by TPTB.
Like all power some wish to use it to help others, and some wish to keep it for themselves. Classic good and evil type stuff.
Curious as to your statement to them owning us Marina have you heard this quote before?

I take two things from this statement either one of which could be right or both could be right but I will throw the proverbial spanner in the mix…
1. Reptilians, Draco’s, Archons.. are the owners. The Greys’ are their created assistants. They work in unison to feed off humanity and keep it as a slave race. The reptilians sent their minions (Greys) to make First Contact and approach the most powerful nation of humanity, but they already had a milennia old underground presence unbeknownst to TPTB because the deal was too good too refuse.
2. Idea 1 still stands but with a catch… The Grey’s are tired of their masters and see and opportunity to ally with the TPTB to usurp the dominance of the reptilian races. I believe the reptilians created us, they also created the Grey’s. Sightings have seen Greys training humans on how to use their weaponry. They are perhaps tired of their masters and have maybe been convinced to ally with shadow elites to attempt to gain our unique inner selves which connect to our outer selves.. or simply souls. Maybe they want one and its not in the design of their masters so they wish to revolt.
I agree Marina, an element of unseen domination pervades humanity beyond what the current paradigm accepts. Nothing is black and white and these forces may be a mix of Draco’s Greys.. Greys and Dracos. And other races surely. The thought of double-agents and double double agents come to mind in the Cold War.
I am cynical to the highest degree Marina and I will apologize for it because I don’t like it either. However I’ve never harmed a soul and consider myself very empathic to those around me. As such the current environment of the circumstances and the emotions within it affect me greatly. No matter how opened minded I am, this is the hardest thing I cannot shake. Life has been tough as well, but so has everyones’ here. I am not special. I’m commending the optimists and the “grass is greener on the other side” lot because the way things are having that mindset is incredible.
Having that mindset after the awakening… Even more impressive!
