Colorful triangle UFO formation, NZ.
Our regular reader Luke sent us these amazing photographs of a colorful triangle UFO formation captured on August 17, 2012 in New Zealand.
Luke’s report: “Three objects positioned over my house in NZ, over the past three nights. I’ve noticed 3 stars materialize were there were none before. At first, I just passed them off as something that maybe I missed, until August 17, 2012”.
“We had a high level front moving over creating a thin cloud layer but I saw these apparently dim stars clearly through it”.
“My partner noticed them too as they were both very vigilant of the night sky and are quick to notice something out of the norm.
We were able to capture a photograph, (Canon EOS 1000D with 200mm lens) of the triangle formation, with each object a bright different color, orange, yellow and blue”.
“I checked constellation maps to see if they may be just some odd occurrence for this time of year but still I cannot find them on these maps”.

Alright. I’m going to push this topic a little further, and not only call into question this Flux-Triangle formation, but the legitimacy of many “stars” and also shooting stars. Over the last few months at night I have noticed more and more super-quick, brief ‘shooting stars’. What I’ve started noticing is that shortly after the visable streak disappears, about a minute, and little ways further down from where, I see one of these super blinky plane like crafts appear, sometimes stationary, and then proceed along. I’m sure that this will be ridaculed to no end, but I am going so far as to say that many apparent airplanes are something else, and they arrive here looking like a shooting star. I’m seeing this on a nighly basis, and encourage other to take notice. Something really weird is going on right now. I’m thinking the “staged” alien invasion might be actual, and hiding in plain site. This takes a non city, dark sky to see, but I shit you not… every single night now.
PS- I know about the Meteor shower that just passed and what I’ve been seeing has been going on longer and is certainly different… so I’m shutting down that from that argument section.. lol
Ok. I’m clarifying my earlier statement, and stand corrected. After looking at this trio thru my binoculars tonight, the 2 planets are red, and the star ‘spica’ [love this name] was blue-ish. This combo of plantes with a relatively “fixed” star would account for the fluid like movement of the trio. I’m standing by my shooting “star” statement 110% though. Thanks to all for the interesting perspectives and insight.
Raven, I saw the EXACT thing you described this morning at 5:12 am in North Jersey. It was too slow to be a shooting star, did not “streak”, rather faded in and out in a quick pulse as it was moving at a steady speed. I was looking at a star I noticed, that is in fact brighter than the north star. I never noticed it before. It twinkles in an eerie way, even through thin clouds… out of nowhere, I saw the phenomenon you described, it was so slow I had time to shift my focus and lock directly onto it as it was “fading out”. Idk what’s going on, but they’re up there, and they’re doing something.

I am fortunate to have lived out of big cities for a while now, and have seen more and more of these crafts coming and going in this last year than anyone will believe. This, in combination with the flurry of strange shit going on with our Sun [ If your not familiar, check out the SOHO, or Helioviewer sun viewing sites, or just check youtube. I’ve seen 2 other events, since then. This past Friday night, around 12 to 12:30 am, August 25th, 5 orange orbs floating from North nw over the horizon heading South se; each one floated individually, quite rapidly. slowed down, came to a dead stop, “faded out”. They were flickering slightly, and I asked a passerby what he made of them, and he said chinese fire lanterns. No way. As soon as one faded out, another one came into view over the horizon, on the EXACT same perfectly straight course, descellerated exactly as the others had done, stopped where the others had before, and faded out all in perfect timing. This happened over the course of about 7 to 10 minutes. As I left my house today around 7 pm to check out chemtrailing, I saw ANOTHER one of those “flashy” things I mentioned originally here. Just sharing.

Hi guys, two incidences I want to comment/report on tonight. I have just stumbled on this sight for the first time looking for reports of a meteor seen in Dunedin last night, because my two daughters and myself along with many others saw a really bright and low meteor last night while outside at an East Taieri Church Youth Group event. It was the bright red with yellow and a long tail coming right down over our heads heading what looked like towards Saddle Hill. It was the most dramatic sighting of this kind of thing I have seen in the 47 years I have been on this earth and I felt so privileged to have witnessed it! Did any of you see this? The other phenomenon I want to draw attention to was the trianguular star formation the person above saw recently in NZ. Luke’s sightings of stars that materialized in a bright triangular shape which he took photos of on 17 August 2012 – I’m sure I saw the same stars when my wife and I were driving from Dunedin to Queenstown that very night! I just stumbled on this website page and read Luke’s report, and thought…’I wonder what date I saw those vivid stars that night, looked it up on my calender and yes – same night! At the time I commented to my wife ‘aren’t those stars unusual?’ Although other stars were also out from time to time as we were driving, these were really pronounced in their brightness and the weird thing was they were straddling the moon at the time! I just couldn’t remember seeing those stars in that distinct triangular formation (2 on the bottom and 1 at the top). My wife and I’s astronomy (to my shame) is not that hot but I’m pretty sure these could be something unusual compared to the normal Southern Star groupings normally seen and I had been thinking ‘I wonder if anyone else notices this phenomenon?’ It certainly seems quite strange the things I have seen, been reading about and hearing from other eye witnesses about other strange moving lights, large green & red glowing objects in the sky, UFO sightings and a person I sane middle aged man I spoke to claiming to have been ‘taken up to the mother ship’, and especially in the last few years so it seems. I am used to supernatural occurrences in my life as a follower of Christ – His being the most real and profound that I have experienced since age 19 when I surrendered my life to Him, while He was revealing His reality to me in a forever life changing way, so much so that whatever else happens, it all fits into my reasoning processes with not too much trouble at all – actually quite honestly quite easily! This is because the revelation of Jesus Christ to me, other believers who have had similar experiences, as well as God’s Word (whether you believe it at this stage of your life or not) all bear witness to the type of events happening in our world before our very eyes (whether people notice them or not or whether they fit into peoples world views or not) There is such a rich knowledge of past, present and soon to be occurring phenomenons which i have the inside information about (not because I’m more special) but simply because after I’ve had my eyes opened on the 10th October 1983, I’ve wanted to know what this was all about as I inquired and read the scriptures of the Bible(and sometimes other books from those who love Jesus), I’ve then watched many of them unfold before my very eyes, such as when I was reading Exodus II by Steve Litle I was amazed at the things God was doing regarding His people Israel and their soon prophesied(plainly stated in the Old Testament in places like Isaiah etc) return from Russia etc to their own land – and halfway through the book I’m watching the News and reading the News Papers as before my very eyes something like 14,000(by memory) Jews were returning to their homeland! In total I think it was something like 3 or 4 million in the end! Buy the way people, this is one of the biggest signposts in Biblical prophecy that has ever occurred that is basically saying “wake up world, stuff is happening at an accelerated rate and some most dramatic things good and bad are starting to happen more openly than perhaps any time in history! I recommend Jesus and His Word if you doubt this, and maybe look up some experts in these type subjects like Steve Quayle and his research and first hand experience in some of these things.
